Tracy Shelton was excellent to work with! So personable and down to earth, like we are! She quickly understood our wants and needs and it a short time, found the perfect property. Her assistance with everything, bargaining, utility hook up assistance in an area new to us as well as being present for our closing! She is a gem and will refer her to friends and family for sure!
