I have purchased and sold multiple houses with Crystal. I would not want to buy a house without her. The value that a good real estate agent brings to the buying and selling process is unmeasurable, and Crystal is a great real estate agent. She is well rounded in all aspects of the industry: the financing, the purchase, the sale, the investment, the expense, the contractors, the appraisals, the inspections. She sees what you won’t and she knows what you don’t, and she shares that knowledge. Her eyes see things, and she will bring them to your attention. She will not concern herself with a sale, or a buy, but the value she brings to the buyer and to the seller. She is not a salesperson, she is a people person. She cares about the end result for the people and wants them to be informed and prepared with no surprises. That is invaluable in a real estate purchase. I wouldn’t want to buy (or sell) a house without her and you shouldn’t either.

Crystal is a very knowledgeable professional and kept my needs in the forefront at all times! She was able to advise me of trends in the market to help me make important decisions on both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. Crystal is an excellent communicator: (1) if you want honesty, you will get it from her; (2) if you have a question, she will respond promptly; (3) if you need her to go to bat for you, she will do so in your best interest. I was a single woman selling my home and buying a new one; it was great having Crystal by my side like a trusted partner.

Crystal did a fantastic job with helping me and my wife purchase our first home. She went above and beyond and gave 1000% every step of the way. She is by far the best real estate agent ever and a lifelong friend. She is amazing and you will not regret choosing her as your agent. She's very patient throughout the whole process. Whenever I wanted to look at a home she moved heaven and earth to come out for a showing. She is awesome. Thank you a thousand times over.
