My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Sonja this past fall in two capacities: First she was helping us as buyers looking for a new home and was knowledgeable, super responsive and extremely patient with us as we kept changing our search radius, looking at a lot of different parts of Kansas City. Second, during this time we were also trying to sell our existing home FSBO. I would highly recommend you use Keith Viken as your next real estate agent. He spent a lot of time working with me. I was constantly changing what I would like to see in the house. He was very patient with me and kept saying you will be living there, so it needs to be what you want.
