My property sale was not "conventional" by any measure even in a "seller's" market. The structure was an original homestead on acreage, constructed in true pioneer manner and therefore not eligible for FHA or VA loans. Second it was sold "as is" and the buyer would accept a "sweat equity" investment to make it their "dream home". You will find other real estate agents on the south end of Whidbey Island, but you would be hard-pressed to find one as talented as Dan.
