I had an excellent experience buying my first property with Laura. She was very supportive and responsive throughout the home-buying process. For a first-time home buyer such as myself, she was also patient when explaining the local market and customs. The market at the time was very challenging due to strong competition from other buyers and a limited inventory. Despite these drawbacks, she continued to show me many properties and encouraged me to make offers. Eventually, she was able to help me secure a condo in Kirkland. I would definitely recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy property in the Greater Seattle Area.

My property sale was not "conventional" by any measure even in a "seller's" market. The structure was an original homestead on acreage, constructed in true pioneer manner and therefore not eligible for FHA or VA loans. Second it was sold "as is" and the buyer would accept a "sweat equity" investment to make it their "dream home". The first right of sale was offered to the current rental occupant contingent of financing approval and reduced real estate fees. Financing failed so Laura was required to start from scratch with an open market offering. Through all of this she was understanding and met all my conditions. We had several offers within a week and found a buyer ready to accept the property "as is". We closed with minimal effort, meeting my timeline and all expectations.

Laura represented us in the sale of our home, and coordinated with our realtor in the state we were moving to. Throughout the process, she was professional and informative; she returned calls and messages promptly; she's very knowledgeable about the real estate process and the area; and most importantly, she is completely ethical. She was pleasant to work with and went well above and beyond what we had expected, in order to help us sell quickly and at a reasonable price. She helped us through the entire process, from offer to inspection to repairs and to closing. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

She is very personable and kind and helped negotiate all the small details that were needed to make all the various deals happen. Laura was an exceptional real estate agent. She was always available to ask questions, prompt to return messages, and went "above and beyond" her required duties as a realtor. If she didn't know the answer to something she would inquire from someone who did. After one sale fell through during escrow when the buyers loan fell apart, she had the house sold within the following month! Cannot thank her enough for her hard work as I was purchasing another home at the same time.

It was serendipity when we found Laura through a Zillow search. Laura is a dream to work with. She listened to what we wanted in a home. And was patient as we saw house after house after house. And she was reassuring when we were outbid for a home. Laura finally lead us through new construction which was a daunting adventure. There was much negotiation as the builder made many mistakes on our home. Laura then sold our old home. It was prepared per Laura's instructions and priced right. We had a full price offer in 22 hours!! Laura is honest and a straight shooter, much appreciated in this crazy real estate market. In the end we have a lovely new home in a wonderful neighborhood and have made a friend in Laura.
