My property sale was not "conventional" by any measure even in a "seller's" market. The structure was an original homestead on acreage, constructed in true pioneer manner and therefore not eligible for FHA or VA loans. Second it was sold "as is" and the buyer would accept a "sweat equity" investment to make it their "dream home". The first right of sale was offered to the current rental occupant contingent of financing approval and reduced real estate fees. Financing failed so Laura was required to start from scratch with an open market offering. Through all of this she was understanding and met all my conditions. We had several offers within a week and found a buyer ready to accept the property "as is". We closed with minimal effort, meeting my timeline and all expectations.

Laura represented us in the sale of our home, and coordinated with our realtor in the state we were moving to. Throughout the process, she was professional and informative; she returned calls and messages promptly; she's very knowledgeable about the real estate process and the area; and most importantly, she is completely ethical. She was pleasant to work with and went well above and beyond what we had expected, in order to help us sell quickly and at a reasonable price. She helped us through the entire process, from offer to inspection to repairs and to closing. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Laura was an exceptional real estate agent. She was always available to ask questions, prompt to return messages, and went "above and beyond" her required duties as a realtor. If she didn't know the answer to something she would inquire from someone who did. After one sale fell through during escrow when the buyers loan fell apart, she had the house sold within the following month! Cannot thank her enough for her hard work as I was purchasing another home at the same time.

It was serendipity when we found Laura through a Zillow search. Laura is a dream to work with. She listened to what we wanted in a home. And was patient as we saw house after house after house. And she was reassuring when we were outbid for a home. Laura finally lead us through new construction which was a daunting adventure. There was much negotiation as the builder made many mistakes on our home. Laura then sold our old home. It was prepared per Laura's instructions and priced right. We had a full price offer in 22 hours!! Laura is honest and a straight shooter, much appreciated in this crazy real estate market. In the end we have a lovely new home in a wonderful neighborhood and have made a friend in Laura.

We felt Laura was very available to us for any question or idea. Her valuation was accurate. Her knowledge of local professionals who could help was great. She even made a couple special trips to the property to tend to details beyond her required duty. I’ve tried to sell this piece of raw land for many years. And I tried half a dozen realtors most of whom just sat and waited (it seemed like!) for a potential buyer to show up without making much efforts. The only thing they suggested was to lower the price. One day, this 5-star agent popped up online and I had a good feeling about her from the start! This land had several issues to satisfy the requirements imposed by the local County government, for this parcel to be able to support a residence. Laura took it as a “project” with complex issues, armed with her load of knowledge about the area. To make this parcel good to be able to support a residence, she proactively contacted/visited the relevant Country offices multiple times, helped cut all those red tapes, brought them out to the site, explored other alternatives, etc. She CLEARLY stands out among other agents I’ve experienced. She always kept me updated, calmed me down when in frustration and made problems sound easy to solve. After a lot of patience, negotiations, the County red tapes, and devoted efforts solely on her side, she pulled off the successful sale of the property! I can’t thank Laura enough.

In a world where customer service seems to be deteriorating at the speed of light everywhere we turn for help, Laura's attitude and abilities are remarkable standouts...flawless, generously and promptly shared with us at the drop of hat. Or should I say "hats", because she never once failed, in the two weeks we had to find a home, to gain access to every home which we wished to check out, to find answers to our endless questions, or to be patient with our lack of understanding of real estate transaction procedure and requirements. We had a compressed schedule in which to find a new home which will serve us for many years to come, and we are old enough and cranky enough to be a challenge for anyone, never mind do it on a very short schedule. There were probably no fewer than 5 homes a day for two solid weeks (weekends included) about which we had questions or wanted to see in person. Laura seemed to be able to pull rabbits out of thin air to gain access to homes which otherwise might not have been available. Her negotiation skills were outstanding, and I am quite sure we would not own the home we how have without her insights and coordination. She put her own life on hold in order to help us at all hours of the day and night as questions came up or a property became available. She went above and beyond in every way possible. She's not only a remarkable agent, she's a remarkable human. We are happy with our choice and delighted that we were fortunate enough to have Laura as our partner in this successful search. There is a great deal to be said for a person who is intimately involved in such an emotional decision in one's life who can use sensitivity and humor to lighten the load when the road gets rocky, without losing sight of the goal, and that is one more of Laura's strong suit. I'd use her services again in a heartbeat, if she hadn't already found us our dream home and negotiated endlessly until it was ours.
