He knows the Des Moines/surrounding markets extremely well. His experience shows; he’s able to speak confidently and provide helpful context whenever questions came up about the market or the selling process. He’s also super communicative throughout the entire process. We stayed in close contact through text and jumped on calls whenever we needed to align or make real-time strategic decisions. This property was also a multi-family, with multiple current tenants and a property manager involved; he did a great job owning communication between everyone and the buyer's realtor, including at times when the current tenants weren't so happy the property was being shown/sold, so we didn't have to step in. Even when a few curveballs came our way, he was proactive about pushing back or gathering the right information to ensure we were well taken care of.
