We loved working with Molly! She completely understood what we were looking for, and helped us make thoughtful decisions throughout the search process. As we were looking for an older home, there were so many points where Molly educated us on areas we would have had no idea about and could have made some poor decisions if she was not looking out for us. Rainey Cook guided me through the buying process for a condo perfectly. She was amazing, and advised me of exactly what was happening throughout the entire process. She was very understanding and compassionate when I was indecisive and not committed to the process in the beginning. She’s warm, personable and a wealth of knowledge and advised me of everything that I needed to know! As I said before, my experience was perfect!
