We were connected with Susie via Zillow and I am so grateful that we were. Susie goes above and beyond to help you buy your home. As a first-time buyer, she explained everything so well and made sure that we understood what was going on. Susie is so easy to get along with, and will give you her opinion about all sorts of little things that you would never have thought about! Even when we did not get our first home that we put an offer on, Susie was so supportive and kept reminding us that there will always be another. And she was right! She was so responsive and kept us in the loop with everything. She also connected us with an amazing mortgage broker, as she has all the references and services you may need. I would highly recommend working with Susie. I will be recommending her to everyone and plan to work with her in the future, if we need to!

Dawn had a buyer for my home before I signed a listing agreement. Her experience and market knowledge made selling easy and stress free and it was closed in a month. She has the contacts if you need to repair/replace those things that come up in an inspection so you don't have to pay the exorbitant costs that contractors are charging these days. She stays in touch every step of the way so you're never wondering. She is truly beyond excellent!
