Tom also made himself available at the last minute for open houses and often accommodated my busy and unpredictable work schedule. Tom also provided guidance on many decision points throughout the purchase process. One of Tom's greatest qualitites was tracking down answers to complex questions-- Tom made it a point to find the answers to my questions even if he did not know the answer right away. On top of all this, Tom is super friendly with a great sense of humor, which made the home buying experience that much better. At the end of the day, I couldn't be happier with the house I own, thanks to Tom.
