I would highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for a real estate professional! Amber is such a pleasure to work with. Once she knew our budget (the online portal was quick and easy to use) we promptly got started looking at houses the next day! She is very knowledgeable about the Des Moines area. She even thought of many potential homes that had not hit the market yet! I am very indecisive, and she continued to work hard to find us our first home! Amber was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly via email, text, or phone call. Being a first time home owner, Amber was SO helpful and honest about any questions we had, she even made sure our closing day went smoothly! We also put her negotiating skills to use to get us the best deal on our new home! I am so happy to have worked with Amber and will work with her again in the future!

Scott is an excellent agent. He is courteous, professional and stays with you every step of the way. Scott has excellent connections everywhere in town and makes great recommendations. Allyson, his assistant, is a fantastic person that gets things done on the fly. I sincerely appreciate all their help and would not hesitate to recommend Scott to anyone moving into the area. While we were away, Scott was kind enough to help us with many important things to do during our house purchase. We couldn’t be any happier.

Working with Ted was great and easy because he was not pushy at all. He took the time to listen to us and really put in the effort in researching to provide us what we were looking for in our new home. He was always reachable and super communicative especially when he had multiple other listings at the same time, you still always felt like he was there whenever you needed anything. I would recommend Ted to any of my friends or family looking for a realtor if you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and will get the job done!
