Great with the important details

Awesome experience with Ted! TopNotch!

Working with Ted was great and easy because he was not pushy at all. He took the time to listen to us and really put in the effort in researching to provide us what we were looking for in our new home. He was always reachable and super communicative especially when he had multiple other listings at the same time, you still always felt like he was there whenever you needed anything. I would recommend Ted to any of my friends or family looking for a realtor if you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and will get the job done!

Sale/purchase of homes

Ted was instrumental in the sale of our old home and purchase of a new home. He provided clear, honest feedback and was always willing to support us however we needed. He made the process a breeze, and it was a great experience. We highly recommend Ted, you will not find a better realtor!

Knowledgeable, professional and effective!

Using Ted Weaver for the sale of my house was a simple decision. I am in the real estate field (home stager) and know many realtors that would have been excited to list my house for me. However, I knew I wanted to use Ted because I knew he brought a level of expertise that wasn't available in most agents. As a home stager, I had clear cut ideas of what needed to be done to get the house ready but Ted was able to help me walk through the steps of the actual sale and answered all my questions. I would use Ted Weaver again without hesitation. House sold in 6 days for full asking price.
