Tamra was a pleasure to work with. She was interested in learning what I wanted in a property. She listened and asked questions then used her knowledge of the market to effectively find prospective properties. She intelligently discussed various properties we saw. When I found the property, she negotiated effectively, guided me through the contract and mortgage process, and recommended contractors for some updating work, in particular she recommended a person to help with new flooring. She went along to introduce me to the flooring contractor, helped select the flooring, and, in the end, after installing flooring that I’m very pleased with, I had the property that fit my needs perfectly. Tamra was professional, pleasant, and attentive. I’m very pleased.

From the first contact, Tamra was responsive and personable. She took extra time to get to know our family and talked us up at every opportunity, making a favorable impression on our behalf. She was on top of the process at every step and expertly completed all those little details that are necessary from start to closing. She is highly competent, but more importantly she is an upstanding, honest, and warm person and I like her. Her services are highly recommended!

Everytime I felt unsure abt a house Ron reassured me that there’s plenty more out there and helped both me and my dad schedule a bunch of viewings until we found the right home for us. Ron went out of his way multiple times for us I mean he helped us picture what the layout would be like, he explained everything in detail so it’s easier to understand, he even helped us put this big package inside the house when it isn’t even part of his job! My point is Ron is an incredible person and he’s great at what he does. Most of our time was with Ron but the little time that we did see chassy she was super nice and like Ron she helped explain stuff so that we’d understand better. Honestly overall I couldn’t ask for anyone better because I don’t think there is anyone better lol. They both were great to us seriously. Thank you !
