Kerrie showed me properties in both Linn and Johnson counties. I was on a limited time line and she stayed in constant contact with me regarding everything. She even brought me boxes and went to the inspection in my absence.

Karen was wonderful answering questions always taking my phone calls & texts. Her communication skills are outstanding & a respected, local inspector told me she is smart & knows more about safety features & updates on homes than he does. Karen is fun to work with, always timely & knows the market. We were not working with the easiest buyers or agent but Karen guided us thru. I have told so many people how nice it was working with Karen & can't imagine working with anyone else!!!!
