Dave and Luci have been my realtors through 5 transactions so far! They go above and beyond to make transactions super simple and efficient. Through every transaction they listen, have open communication, and make sure everyone is on the same page. Again thanks for being the best of the best on our 5th transaction :)

Dave and Luci were great to work with. Their experience and expertise really helped us see things that we wouldn’t have seen or even known about. The communication was great. We moved to the area from out of town. After weeks of driving to the DSM area looking at homes, we finally found the house we really wanted. It was a Sunday evening around 9 PM when we reached back out to Dave and Luci and said decided we would like to make an offer on the house. We met them at the house, went through it one more time and made an offer. Dave and Luci worked throughout the evening on that Sunday night and we were still signing documents well past midnight. Not many realtors would be working throughout the evening on a weekend like they did. Others may have said come in Monday morning at 9 AM and we will write up an offer. We knew then that Dave and Luci were the best realtors. We had many questions and we reached out to them many times via phone call, text or email. They always responded so quickly, which seems like that’s hard to find these days. We feel like we got to know them personally and that really made things so much easier when we would call with what I thought was going to be another “dumb question.” Dave and Luci always made us feel like we were the only ones they were working for. Our daughter and her husband and their new baby will be looking for a home in the near future and when that time comes, we will be calling Dave and Luci to help them out just as they helped us.

If you're looking for realtors who truly care about their clients, we can't recommend Dave and Luci Stifel enough. Dave and Luci were longtime neighbors of my wife, so when it came time to sell our Waukee home before our move to Florida, calling them was an easy decision. From our very first conversation, they made the entire process feel simple and stress free. They walked us through every step, answered every question we had, and always made us feel like we were in great hands. Their knowledge of the market was spot on. They helped us price our home perfectly, and we were absolutely blown away when we received a full price offer in less than 48 hours after it was listed. Everything moved so smoothly, from preparing the home, scheduling photos, listing it, and getting us to closing. The communication was excellent throughout, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel incredibly easy. Selling a home is a big life event, and having people you trust guiding you through it makes all the difference. Dave and Luci are honest, professional, hardworking, and genuinely wonderful people. We are so grateful for everything they did for our family and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you both for helping us begin this exciting new chapter. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!
