We visited with multiple realtors before deciding on using Matt to sell our house. He knew our small town as well as being very knowledgeable about competitive markets all around Des Moines. Matt was very honest with us regarding the higher price point that we needed to break even and made sure we didn't have rose-colored glasses on. He also was great at identifying other kinds of people that would love our house. We would definitely work with Matt again!

Fantastic Experience!!

Kate went above and beyond to help me sell my house and find a new home. She was very knowledgeable of the market and the area, also very patient as it took me a while to make a decision on which house I wanted. She was always available when I had a question and if she didn’t know the answer, she would find it and get back to me. If there was something I could not handle, she took care of it.
