Any time there were doubts or feelings of despair, she let me know that its normal to go through the emotional roller coaster that is house hunting. She is prompt at getting back to you and can get you in touch with quality contacts for inspection and any necessary work the house may need. Her advice is invaluable, which made it easy to leave things in her hands. We had a scare at the very end of fully getting our home, regarding the title being cleared for transfer. Aside from the attorneys working to sort things out, Mesha went above and beyond to get in contact with the right people, making phone calls, emailing and driving to various locations, to make sure people are not ignoring the important correspondence needed to settle things once and for all…ALL hours of the day for 3 days straight.
