Those are just a few words I would use to describe Justin. His marketing strategies, negotiation skills, knowledge of the housing market, and attention to detail made the process easy and lucrative for us. His genuine care and support for us stood out from any other realtor we've worked with. He provided support beyond just the transaction and we're incredibly grateful we were able to work with him! Throughout our home-buying process, Justin was incredibly communicative and promptly answered our calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. His ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. His dedication to our satisfaction was evident and his good energy made the already chaotic purchase process simple. Justin was an invaluable member to our home buying process and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. In fact, I recommended him to two of my family members who went on to use him for their own home purchases! If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who we'll call when the time comes. :)

Matt was great to work with. He coordinated each aspect of the sale, and made sure we were taken care, even when a mistake was made outside of his and our control. Matt was punctual, gave us a clear explanation of the process, and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the great Des Moines area.
