I found my new home a lot faster than I thought I would. He is also very knowledgeable about homes in general, their components and their structures and was able to point out things that could present an issue or that other realtors may not even notice. There’s no sugar coating just to get a sale either, I could tell he had my best interest in mind as a first time home buyer. He came highly recommended by the credit union I am going through and even my home inspector had nothing but good things to say. His service definitely confirmed what they said!

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!
