Jennil Salazar and her team did a great job handling my listing. I was in another part of the country at the time I listed my house and I could not attend to it at all. I spoke to several realtors before deciding to go with Jennil for her kind and sincere demeanor. Jennil did everything from checking my mail, to bringing in her own gardners and plumbers, to meeting with utility companies to have things switched on and off, and handled the staging. The staging job was beautiful! I have never had a realtor care so much about all the little details and it was an extra comfort since I was so far. Jennil possesses a lovely disposition - I am a very tough customer but Jennil was graceful and patient at all times. She even continued to help me beyond the closing date with my little questions. I think you can't go wrong by choosing Jennil and her team. Jennil really delivers on her promises, goes the extra mile, and shows you she cares.
