We worked with Jason to find a home in our price range, desired location, and with our needed size. To be honest, we were looking for a unicorn with how much specific criteria needed to be met. Jason was knowledgeable about which types of properties at which price points would be available to us in different areas, and he took us around to look at tons of places with all the patience and positivity you'd expect from a professional. Additionally, he was helpful when we had questions about the process of buying and selling a home, what issues on a house would be expensive or manageable, and I never felt like he was putting his commission ahead of our family needs. I never felt pressured or lied to. We did end up finding the home that we loved, so we decided that we'd like Jason to help us sell our old house. That process was also made smooth by Jason's helpfulness and honesty, and I feel like he kept our interests at heart during that process. Jason is a real person who genuinely enjoys working with people and helping them, and that was obvious to us the whole time. If we were to ever sell our new home (probably not because it's perfect), we'd ask for Jason's help again. Highly recommended that you do the same.
