After four years in Chicago, my wife and I were ready to move back to NC. House shopping online is sketchy at best, but via FaceTime Jerry spent hours showing us various houses we had identified. Jerry was always willing to point out the good and the not so good. Eventually we found a house and knew right away it was the one. Relatives in the area met Jerry for an in person showing and agreed with all of Jerry's assessments. My wife and I were ready to make an offer right away, so Jerry walked us through the offer and subsequent negotiations. Finally, we had a deal, now comes the time critical inspections, appraisal's, insurance, attorneys, etc. Through every step Jerry kept us informed and provided any paperwork needing signatures right away. If my wife or I ever had a question Jerry usually answered our call however if we ever had to leave a message, we got a return call quickly. I can't say enough good things about Jerry or our buying experience. From finding houses and Jerry online to meeting him in person for the first time at closing, it was all a textbook perfect experience! in summary, I'd definitely recommend Jerry to my friends, and I would certainly call on him again if/and when we ever move again.

He was able to answer right when we called or at least the same day which made it easier for us to know whats going on and get answers to our questions. He had good market knowledge of which houses suited our price point, yard size, house size, and optimal condition. He knew which sellers would be firm and which ones may slide favorable terms for us, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our decision and once we made our decision, he ensured we knew what was going on. He helped us get the best deal on the house and ensured we got things fixed to how we liked it.

He was just as eager to look at the houses as we were. We were able to find our home , put offer in and close all in about 5- 6 weeks. Now when I say he went above and beyond I mean that we went in the crawl space to check everything out after the inspector came through just to put eyes on everything ourselves. B is awesome. From beginning to end Travis was amazing to work with. Always on time, great communication, friendly, and knowledgeable. Travis helped us get into the house of our dreams even when the process had some bumps in the road. Everything was dealt with expediently and professionally. Stepping out of my car to view a house my realtor at the time could not show me, I met James Travis Fain. He introduced himself and then he stated, I am obligated to tell you that FHA will not approve your loan and I'm sure any Conventional loan would not approve the loan for this house! My realtor didn't seem to think anything was wrong, and after viewing she was wrong about everything, I fired her and hired James Travis Fain. I trusted James who goes by Travis. He showed several houses, answered all my questions, answered my texts, emails very promptly and stated he would make himself available to me to view any house on any day including holidays! Travis is so honest in giving advice, he is so easy to talk to, so friendly, very professional and giving all important information needed to buy a house! Travis referred many lenders, and insurance for homeowners and allowed me to choose! He went through all due process from start to finish with me...and again I cannot stress how knowledgeable Travis is, and how much my Son and I trusted what Travis told us! Travis met with the Home Inspection guy as I could not and they were both on the line when Travis called and walked me through any rough spots. We took Travis' opinion on what we should ask to be fixed as again we trusted him! Travis texted and advised of appraisal date and when it was received. He texted approximate date of close and Travis sent many reminders during the process reminding me of important dates to note!
