I appreciated the professionalism, willingness to teach me, and their connections with other agents (eg asking the selling agent if there are offers). I also really appreciated how critical Emily was of houses when we inspected them. It would be in her benefit if I bought a house asap but she made sure to give me legitimate advice and was not afraid to tell me a house was not a good deal
