I appreciated the professionalism, willingness to teach me, and their connections with other agents (eg asking the selling agent if there are offers). I also really appreciated how critical Emily was of houses when we inspected them. It would be in her benefit if I bought a house asap but she made sure to give me legitimate advice and was not afraid to tell me a house was not a good deal
I was really impressed with how organized the Cary Team is making the buying process easier to understand with an estimated timeline and constant contact from the team with updates. They also worked very hard to find us just the right home for our family. The Cary Team is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process, local area as well as kind and professional mortgage and insurance contacts. We are so appreciative of everything they've done and love our new home! Thank you so much!!! ??
