He made this entire process (it wasn't an easy thing for me I'd just bought the house a year prior) a lot smoother and far more gentle than I thought it would. He quelled all my fears and always explained what I didn't understand. He did multiple open houses and so much marketing- I felt like my house had exposure. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
