From the start of the whole process, Lance was professional but so kind and thoughtful. He made this entire process (it wasn't an easy thing for me I'd just bought the house a year prior) a lot smoother and far more gentle than I thought it would. He quelled all my fears and always explained what I didn't understand. He did multiple open houses and so much marketing- I felt like my house had exposure. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
