Jimmy is awesome. We could not have been happier with him. He's very thorough at explaining everything and breaks down each piece of the home buying process in a way that's very easy to understand. He was always available when we needed him and was very diligent about checking in with us throughout our time from making the offer to our closing. We ended up having some issues as we were trying to purchase a home - the seller canceled the contract on us abruptly because they got a better offer after we'd already signed - and Bryan helped steer us through the rest of the way. He really went above and beyond, putting in lots of time (taking lots of my calls at all times of the day!), until we got things squared away and got the house we wanted.
