I highly reecommend Craig Sebert. I have used 4 realtors before and they were average and mostly below average. Craig is above average. He enjoys his job, so he does it well. Craig is very professional in dress as well as in demeanor. I loved that he was so responsive to my emails and texts. He worked with me and kept me included throughout the process, even after the quick sale of our home. He was caring and concerned and incredibly helpful from the negotiation, inspection point work to be done to getting us out of the house. It was a wonderful experience working with Craig. I would use Craig over and over again and refer him to my good friends.

We ended up having some issues as we were trying to purchase a home - the seller canceled the contract on us abruptly because they got a better offer after we'd already signed - and Bryan helped steer us through the rest of the way. He really went above and beyond, putting in lots of time (taking lots of my calls at all times of the day!), until we got things squared away and got the house we wanted. He also possesses tremendous knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend him.
