My husband and I chose Alice and her husband Anthony to sell our home in Illinois. Selecting someone to help in a big life transition like selling ones home and moving can be daunting and, as people who have moved quite a bit, we've experienced the whole range of possibilities from good to 'let's remember this for next time'. We sat down with three Realtors and it was clear from the start that Alice and Anthony would be our choice. Alice and her husband were locals who knew the area and that did show through in their market research, their setting the stage for our expectations relating to price and timing, and professional approach they took to photos/staging/listing. They spoke directly and didn't waste our time - a big plus. When it came time for photos and staging, Alice was right there with me with her sleeves rolled up making sure the everything went as well as it possibly could. Most importantly, we communication was constant with us never wondering if our Realtor had forgotten about us, something we had experienced in the past. I would recommend Alice to anyone who asks and, should we ever find ourselves in need of realty services in that area again, I'll do right back to her.
