She finds out what your interests are, advises on things you may have looked over, and then makes sure what you want is actually what you get. She makes you feel like family. She is professional and very up front, you will not be second guessing anyone's motives. She is a great advisor and I would HIGHLY recommend her be in your corner.

Upon interviewing 3 agencies, Alice & Tony were clearly most prepared and accurate with their comparable listings as well as providing the most strategic listing price. Their knowledge was evident throughout the proceeds and their communication was accurate and timely.

I was referred to Alice by someone I trusted, but her market knowledge, professionalism, and incredible energy was so far beyond my expectations that I was so lucky to have her selling my house. She was totally committed to finding the best outcome for us. We have sold houses all over the country, from Boston to Arizona to twice in Illinois during our 58 years of marriage and never did we have such a positive experience. Alice Scifo treated us like we were members of her family. She provided constant communication day and night and worked tirelessly to achieve our goal overcoming numerous obstacles from my mortgage company and ultimately our buyer. We sincerely recommend Alice Scifo and her staff to anyone who is considering putting their house on the market, or maybe looking for a new residence to fully meet their needs.

ALICE SCIFO
Alice Scifo has been an incredible real estate agent from start to finish—and even beyond! She not only helped us find the perfect home but also connected us with a great lender. What really stood out was how she treated us like family, going far beyond her duties as a real estate agent and she also continues to assist us even after the transaction was completed. Alice was always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us through every step of the process. It felt like she truly cared about our needs and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and informed throughout the entire journey. I highly recommend Alice to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable and caring, who will stick by your side long after the deal is done, Alice is the one!
