My wife and I moved cross country from TN to IL, and had multiple last minute trips to look at houses. Alice never hesitated to move her schedule around and help get us in to see houses. Once it came time to put in an offer, she took multiple steps above and beyond to make sure we were protected and getting the best deal. Her knowledge of what to look for during a showing made sure we didn't miss anything important that might need fixing prior to closing. As first time buyers, she was able to guide us through the process and help keep our anxiety in check! I have already said this, but truly, the amount of times she went above and beyond was just astounding to us. We had a newborn during our home search, and Alice was proactive in making sure any showings / meeting / inspections we had were just us to help to keep our baby healthy while she was at her most vulnerable.
