We saw a couple dozen homes over the course of 4 months until we found my home. She knew all the information about the house, she dealt with the mortgage company which was quite the challenge at times, and she came through like a superhero making this happen for me. She was always patient with me and explained things for me so that they were easy to understand. Bonus points that she has experience working with military personnel and knew how to talk to the lender about VA backed home loans. My husband and I chose Alice and her husband Anthony to sell our home in Illinois.
