Throughout the process Chicky was always on top of everything, she contacted and sped up our banker and lawyer, patiently explained to us all the details of the transaction and even now, after the deal is over, she helps us to find contractors and settle in the new community. Her always positive attitude and knowledge of the market and buyer/seller “spider sense” gives her a great advantage over the standard approaches when objections occur - for example, Chicky doesn’t drop down to a lower price, instead she works harder upfront to earn the value of a tight priced home.
