Chicky is hands down the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with. For many years my wife and I have wanted to find a house in Prairie Crossing, Chicky has been our realtor throughout this process. Before settling on our current home, together with Chicky we made offers on two previous ones. Though she negotiated great deals for us, due to cold feet we passed on these two homes despite having already made an offer. 99% of realtors would’ve stopped speaking to you after something like that, but Chicky accepted our decisions with graciousness and patience. Eventually she found us our dream home. Throughout the process Chicky was always on top of everything, she contacted and sped up our banker and lawyer, patiently explained to us all the details of the transaction and even now, after the deal is over, she helps us to find contractors and settle in the new community.
