Chicky knows how to drive a home to close quickly and an interested seller is wise to jump in with the energy and push just as hard. Her always positive attitude and knowledge of the market and buyer/seller “spider sense” gives her a great advantage over the standard approaches when objections occur - for example, Chicky doesn’t drop down to a lower price, instead she works harder upfront to earn the value of a tight priced home. To top it off, she’s a lovely person and extremely caring!
