We hadn’t sold a house in 17 years. Things have certainly changed and having John’s expertise was needed. We sold during a “Seller’s Market’ and again his expertise showed in all aspects. He was able to sell our home in 24 hours for over asking price. You will not go wrong hiring John as your realtor. He is too-notch with his communication and knowledge.

Norma Huff did a great job in all aspects of the sale of two of our homes. Norma oversaw all aspects of the sales, including pictures for advertising, legal issues, and personal activities such as getting keys and papers to appropriate people. Excellent personality for sales. Kept us up to date on all aspects - very professional, a delight to work with. Sold 2 houses for us, both in less than 2 weeks! All went smoothly with the efficient handling by Norma Huff Very responsible and efficient. I would highly recommend Norma Huff to both buyers and sellers. She made what could have been very stressful moves so much easier and worry free, due to her competence. Judy Reinhold, Elgin, Illinois (Seller) about a month ago
