Barb did everything under the sun to make sure we didn't lose the house we were wanting to purchase down here in Illinois when we were relocating from Wisconsin. There were unforseen issues beyond our control and Barb worked with the seller and ourselves to do whatever was possible so we wouldn't lose the house we had our hearts set on. Her communication was top notch! If we ran into a problem, she would research our options and follow through. She never left us hanging. We would definitely work with Barb again. She is fantastic at what she does! Moving to Illinois from Wisconsin, she gave us excellent advice when things happened, she supported us and did her best to reassure us that things would be ok and did her best to work with the sellers and everything worked out. We are very happy and glad Barb was our agent. She even followed up after we moved in and we moved in October 6th. She even contacted us at Christmas!
