(Our inexperience led to unrealistic time frames to complete tasks and an unexpected water heater replacement.) Joel works with an amazing photographer who helped us showcase our house in the best way. Joel did a lot of research into recent sales comparisons and those over the past year. This helped us set an attainable price. He was always available to us to answer any big or small question we had at any time of day. He arranged all of our showings in a very short amount of time. He also helped us gain some insight into our offer to make sure it was solid and secure. Joel accomplished more than we dreamed of, by helping us get an over asking price offer within 30 hours of the house being very sale. Joel knows what he is doing and does it well.
