Our kids have all moved out, so it was time to downsize and look for a townhome. We all know realtors get a percentage of the sale. She treated us the same as if we were looking at a multi-million dollar home. When the first few didn't work out, I thought she would gave moved on to bigger and better things. She continued to keep us updated until we found the right place. Kasia was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I would have given up on us after the first few houses!
