Our kids have all moved out, so it was time to downsize and look for a townhome. We all know realtors get a percentage of the sale. She treated us the same as if we were looking at a multi-million dollar home. When the first few didn't work out, I thought she would gave moved on to bigger and better things. The inspector she recommended was thorough and discovered several issues that were not discovered before. Those were considered as part of the negotiation with the seller.
