Erica was extremely knowledgeable with the market in our area and knew exactly where to price our house to get the offer we wanted. She was very communicative and always two steps ahead of me. And her office staff and any referrals for contractors were spot-on, as well. I could not recommend Erica enough!

Before I was even ready to buy she stayed in touch and answered questions and was there for me. When I was read she always made sure I had all the information I needed and show true professionalism and knowledge.
