I’m so glad that we decided that Shannan should be our Realtor when it was time to sell the house from my brother’s estate. My wife and I really didn’t have a clue as to what we were doing. I say friend to the full extent. Through the process, you create trust with your real estate agent. I had just left my prior real estate agent because I felt like they were just looking to sell me a house. With Shannan, she was with me through the ups and down, and made sure to ask me what I liked and what I didn't. She didn't push me to make a decision and was very unbiased and professional through it all. She was knowledgeable about the houses, answered every question I had, and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out about it the same day. I couldn't have done this without her. Honestly, I'll miss her! I highly recommend her!!
