After using one agent for the sale of my house and a second, for the purchase of another, I was VERY disappointed. I knew Shannon was an agent, and since I had heard she was excellent, I decided to have her help me sell my home. I was NOT using either of my prior agents again. Assorted problems with both. The second was better, but still not what I needed. I was not disappointed in my choice of Shannon. She helped me understand the "current market", and "how and why" my price would allow "movement" and sell quickly with a good profit. She actually went to the house and removed things that needed to be removed and got it ready for photographs. I needed some extra help, due to my age and health. I also found out that she works exceptional well with "seniors", like me, who are alone. I would recommend her to ANYONE needing a competent, caring person to assist them with one of life's biggest decisions.

I’m so glad that we decided that Shannan should be our Realtor when it was time to sell the house from my brother’s estate. My wife and I really didn’t have a clue as to what we were doing. I say friend to the full extent. Through the process, you create trust with your real estate agent. I had just left my prior real estate agent because I felt like they were just looking to sell me a house. With Shannan, she was with me through the ups and down, and made sure to ask me what I liked and what I didn't. She didn't push me to make a decision and was very unbiased and professional through it all. She was knowledgeable about the houses, answered every question I had, and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out about it the same day. I couldn't have done this without her. Honestly, I'll miss her! I highly recommend her!!
