I’m so glad that we decided that Shannan should be our Realtor when it was time to sell the house from my brother’s estate. My wife and I really didn’t have a clue as to what we were doing. From start to finish, Shannan knew exactly what to do, and how to get the house ready for sale. It actually sold it within a few days of listing - and for asking price! I really can’t say enough good about her attention to detail, and her professionalism. I can’t imagine a different Realtor that could have done more for us than Shannan did.
