I say friend to the full extent. Through the process, you create trust with your real estate agent. I had just left my prior real estate agent because I felt like they were just looking to sell me a house. With Shannan, she was with me through the ups and down, and made sure to ask me what I liked and what I didn't. She didn't push me to make a decision and was very unbiased and professional through it all. She was knowledgeable about the houses, answered every question I had, and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out about it the same day. I couldn't have done this without her. Honestly, I'll miss her! I highly recommend her!!

She also assisted us with finding services for things we needed to help with our move. We've had other agents in the past that we never heard from after the sale, but Shannan follows up with us and we think of her as a friend.
