Shannan was very helpful to us in our home buying experience. She learned what we wanted, wasn't pushy, and didn't try to sell us on anything else. She also assisted us with finding services for things we needed to help with our move. We've had other agents in the past that we never heard from after the sale, but Shannan follows up with us and we think of her as a friend.
