I first met Jerry at a showing in Groveland, but that house wasn't everything my wife and I were looking for. After hearing what was important to each of us, he said he would narrow his search down to meet our wishes. As time went on, he sent us listings of properties that met most of our desires, but upon visiting them in person, they didn't meet up to the appearance portrayed by the photos in the listings.
