I first met Jerry at a showing in Groveland, but that house wasn't everything my wife and I were looking for. After hearing what was important to each of us, he said he would narrow his search down to meet our wishes. As time went on, he sent us listings of properties that met most of our desires, but upon visiting them in person, they didn't meet up to the appearance portrayed by the photos in the listings. After months of not finding the property we were hoping to find, I called Jerry and expressed my frustration with the whole process and that I might just have to change my expectations. He told me not to give up, that people often go through a burn out period where the negative outweighs the positive, and he would keep looking for that right property for us. Shortly after that conversation he asked me if I wanted to look at a house a little farther out from my original parameters that looked pretty good to him. I said yes. We met in the driveway and went to the front door, walked in, and Wow, angels started singing. The house was stunningly beautiful, had all the features we were asking for, plus it had a huge outbuilding, and the acerage I wanted. Jerry...Winner!

From initial assessment, listing clear through the sale, Jerry worked very closely with me. Suggestions for getting ready to list, they listing process and subsequent shows all went well.
