I’m so glad that we decided that Shannan should be our Realtor when it was time to sell the house from my brother’s estate. My wife and I really didn’t have a clue as to what we were doing. From start to finish, Shannan knew exactly what to do, and how to get the house ready for sale. It actually sold it within a few days of listing - and for asking price! I really can’t say enough good about her attention to detail, and her professionalism. I can’t imagine a different Realtor that could have done more for us than Shannan did. Thank you, Shannan, for really making the experience painless!

I say friend to the full extent. Through the process, you create trust with your real estate agent. I had just left my prior real estate agent because I felt like they were just looking to sell me a house. With Shannan, she was with me through the ups and down, and made sure to ask me what I liked and what I didn't. She didn't push me to make a decision and was very unbiased and professional through it all. She was knowledgeable about the houses, answered every question I had, and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out about it the same day. I couldn't have done this without her. Honestly, I'll miss her! I highly recommend her!!

Shannan helped us buy a house in a market with limited availability. She was recommended to us by a friend who had used her services in the past. She was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She gave good advice. It was a long process, and she stayed with us through it all. Very calm and professional.
