The Knell group was amazing for our buying/selling needs. The process was very smooth and our realtor went above And BEYOND expectation. Her expertise and knowledge was unmatched to any other realty company. We tried to sell our home 3 years ago and it only sat on the market. The Knell Group , specifically Kari sold our home in under 30 days and found a perfect home under our price range. So Glad we chose the Knell Group !!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are needing to buy or sell !

Erica was extremely knowledgeable with the market in our area and knew exactly where to price our house to get the offer we wanted. She was very communicative and always two steps ahead of me. And her office staff and any referrals for contractors were spot-on, as well. I could not recommend Erica enough!

Michelle and her team have always been there for me with excellent advise, knowledge, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to handle everything involved in the sale of my home while I moved 1000 miles away. And I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thanks again, Michelle, Rodney, and everyone!
