I found a mobile home and put an offer in and then returned to our home in northern Wisconsin five hours north of Beloit. in a relatively short time we got an accepted offer on our place up north and two weeks later I was moving into the new home jyst over the Ill/WI border I had many questions and challenges as I maneuvered everything between the far northern and far southern Wisconsin. He assisted us with all the questions we had and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he found it out and got back to us with the requested information. He communicates well and displays a high level of professionalism. He came with us to our meeting with the contractors at the time of signing our contract and he also came to our closing which was an added bonus for us as he made sure everything was in order and answered all our questions we had, making sure what we were signing at closing was accurate as to what we had agreed to.
