Cathy was very informative, she kept me in the loop always. No surprises! I felt that we were dealt with professionally and with respect. Our questions were answered promptly. I appreciated Cathy very much and when we had a few things left to load she even helped with that. Thank you very much for a smooth sale and if ever I need to come back to Illinois I’ll be calling Cathy.
