We were very happy and impressed with Brad's excellent service.

Brad's response to texts was almost immediately. He was available whenever we needed him . He assisted us with all the questions we had and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he found it out and got back to us with the requested information. He communicates well and displays a high level of professionalism. He came with us to our meeting with the contractors at the time of signing our contract and he also came to our closing which was an added bonus for us as he made sure everything was in order and answered all our questions we had, making sure what we were signing at closing was accurate as to what we had agreed to. We would recommend Brad and the professional service he provides, to anyone we know that is interested in buying or selling a home.
